Just sat down with with U.S Air Force Sergeant, Sniper and now top American chef Sal Fernandez.
From growing up in Napa Valley, California Sal made the tough decision to join the military. Whilst he was training to become a sniper, he always had in the back of his mind he would love a career as a chef.
I don’t want to say too much.
But what I can say is that training to become a sniper, going through the ranks in the U.S Air Force and everything you have to do on the job clearly does something to you mentally.
Sal flew in from the states to have this deep conversation - and I’m sure every single one of you are going to love it.
