Dr. Elena Monarch obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta. Dr. Monarch has learned to identify and treat patients with PANS/PANDAS, tick-borne diseases, and other inflammatory health conditions affecting the brain. Oftentimes, her patients have been misdiagnosed with psychiatric and neurological disorders. Dr. Monarch has had the opportunity to help patients recover from mental, physical, and neurological illnesses and resume their healthy lives.

Dr. Sylvia Fogel is a board certified psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who graduated from Cornell University Medical College and completed her psychiatric residence training at Columbia University. She is currently an Instructor at Harvard Medical School and is actively engaged in the adult psychiatry residency training program at Massachusetts General and McLean Hospitals. Dr. Fogel has several areas of interest and clinical expertise including working with the parents and families of individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, perinatal psychiatry, and neuroimmune disorders such as PANS/PANDAS. She has a background in integrative medicine and practices using functional medicine principles.
