He shares that “Git ‘er done” is his favorite saying, that leaders aren’t always the smartest people in the room, and that when he has a day off he loves to be at his lake house or on the water relaxing. He also shares that spending quality time with his family at the lake house has become more important, while things, stuff, and trips have become less.
