Yash talks about his 6 training principles – 1) Take it slow every step of the way 2) build a strong aerobic base, by focusing on doing majority of runs at an easy pace 3) focus on overall body conditioning thru’ yoga or strength training 4) Pay attention to a diet that works for you, like vegan diet is now working for Yash 5) Do “purposeful recovery” – to quote Yash, “recovery day is the absence of a hard workout but it is not the presence of indulgence” 6) do mental training during your workouts.
