How is your inner voice? Jane calls this the 'Itty Bitty Shitty' committee - that little voice inside your head that tells you that you can't do something. This is something that I personally have struggled with over the years - especially in relation to my career. Jane works on mindset, confidence and emotional resilience for equestrians. It takes a lot of confidence to get on and ride around on horses or even develop a relationship with them on the ground. Jane grew up in a family that breed and competed horses but not being an adrenaline junky - she knew the anxiety that can come with competition and being on a horse. After years of exploring her career path, Jane created the company Confident rider.
