This week we traveled to Harrison, NJ to sit down with owner and founder of Cutting Edge BJJ and Choke Lab project Josef Manuel. Josef is a Robson Moura Nova Uniao Black Belt a multiple time IBJJF medalist a great instructor and innovator.
