Christine Howard had a very early awareness of psychic phenomenon. Surviving intense childhood abuse, Christine recounts that these spiritual experiences grounded her and let her know she wasn't alone. As a young adult, Christine joined the military literally overnight. Through marriage and young motherhood, experiences kept calling Christine back to "paying attention to my life". Eventually, it was debilitating panic attacks that forced her to consciously process and heal the old pain and trauma. Now, Christine shares her experience with uncoupling from marriage and couplehood in a conscious loving way.
