Exactly as described. The author/ narrator has a very soothing voice that helps calm an anxious mind. Her autumn and winter stories are my favorite because transports me to the cozy feelings of those seasons which are ideal for relaxing into sleep mode. The stories are also the perfect length. I appreciate that she tells them twice. I cannot recommend this podcast enough for those who need something to calm their mind for sleep.

The loveliest way to relax and drift off to sleep. Kathryn's stories are full of lush, cosy detail and gentle, meandering narratives. Her voice is dreamy, soft and kind. This podcast has been a salvation during this very stressful time.
