Didn't like the podcast. They tell what the book is about, but I can read that in the cover or on any bookstore website. There's no judgement, no analysis, no explanation of why they think it's good or bad. "I thought it was interesting." That doesn't mean anything to me unless I know what interesting means to you and why you find it interesting. They don't talk about the structure, style, character development or anything else.

This might be ok if your main interest is queer YA books. The range of books reviewed is very narrow, and the reviewers' style of presentation is not really for me. I'm looking for more serious and analytical reviews of adult literary fiction.

Love listening weekly for top new releases! The only concern is that I'm always adding new books to my TBR, just making it longer and longer!
