Stephen Covey's 8th Habit | Season 6 - Episode 10 | The Power of Paradigm
Jun 29 2020 16 mins
“These statements underscore one of the most profound learnings of my life: If you want to make minor, incremental changes and improvements, work on practices, behavior or attitude. But if you want to make significant, quantum improvement, work on paradigms. The word paradigm stems from the Greek word paradeigma, originally a scientific term but commonly used today to mean a perception, assumption, theory, frame of reference or lens through which you view the world. It’s like a map of a territory or city. If inaccurate, it will make no difference how hard you try to find your destination or how positively you think—you’ll stay lost. If accurate, then diligence and attitude matter. But not until.”Superhero Course with Mira: https://www.udemy.com/share/102VSm/Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/0x39CEN5tHvfRtfZaAMTgQPodcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=enThe Arsenio Buck Foundation: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/?p=8676Calendar - https://calendly.com/arseniobuck/45min

Stephen Covey's 8th Habit | Season 6 - Episode 4 | Human Need & The Application of Passion
Jun 15 2020 8 mins
The story of Muhammad Yunus in the previous podcast is probably the most awe-inspiring story I've ever heard. Keep in mind, he got his degree in America and was teaching in a program, but once he left the classroom, he would see skeletons waiting to die everywhere. Imagine teaching in a class knowing that some of the students in the class might not arrive tomorrow because they died of starvation. Famine was an unbelievable problem in Bangladesh in the 20th century, and Muhammad made an oath to himself that he would stop it -- and he did. Stephen Covey's 8th Habit | Season 6 - Episode 3 | Why The 8th Habit & The Story of Muhammad Yunus
Jun 14 2020 21 mins
“Being effective as individuals and organizations is no longer optional in today’s world—it’s the price of entry to the playing field. But surviving, thriving, innovating, excelling and leading in this new reality will require us to build on and reach beyond effectiveness. The call and need of a new era is for greatness. It’s for fulfillment, passionate execution, and significant contribution. These are on a different plane or dimension. They are different in kind—just as significance is different in kind, not in degree, from success. Tapping into the higher reaches of human genius and motivation—what we could call voice—requires a new mind-set, a new skill-set, a new tool-set …a new habit.” - Stephen CoveySuperhero Course with Mira: https://www.udemy.com/share/102VSm/Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/0x39CEN5tHvfRtfZaAMTgQPodcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=enThe Arsenio Buck Foundation: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/?p=8676Calendar - https://calendly.com/arseniobuck/45min

Jun 13 2020 29 mins
We're here with the first episode! Well, technically the second, but let's talk about PAIN. Let's be honest! TELL ME YOUR PAIN! You don't? Let me give you a list of what you might feel. “I’m stuck, in a rut.”“I have no life. I’m burned out—exhausted.”“No one really values or appreciates me. My boss doesn’t have a clue of all I’m capable of.”“I don’t feel especially needed—not at work, not by my teenage and grown children, not by my neighbors and community, not by my spouse—except to pay the bills.”“I’m frustrated and discouraged.”Is that you? Join the party....let's discuss this in the podcast. Self-love Friday | E1 | Broken Temporarily; Fulfilled Long-term
Jun 12 2020 12 mins
Self-love Friday continues, although everything I had posted up until this past weekend has fell through. I will still dedicate these days to being grateful for myself and what I’ve overcome. In 2015, this was the first time I got a project at a company called Marigot, which is a sister branch of Swalvolrksi in Austria. It was a TOUGH TIME…being the height of racism not only in Thailand but also my job. The lady, named Ma’am, didn’t want me to work at this company because I was black. However, she had no other option to use me because the over 50’s didn’t want to accept the job. So, I knew the odds were stacked against me because they had brought another “white” teacher there and I knew the students would literally serenade for him. I didn’t let that bullshit and old paradigms bother me though. I went into my first class and turned UP. At the end of the day, the racism manager of the language center realized I was the best teacher the language center had, and this opened up a vast amount of different pathways into working at other companies, building a conversation course, making top-dollar, etc. Behind this smile, tie, vest, and suit….was a timid, lackluster soul who had been completely wiped out because of racial discrimination. I kept believing that there was something else out there that was bigger than me. This was before the podcast. This was before everything…this was at the height of hell in this country where news of “black people doing bad shit” was on your breakfast TV (absolutely changed since then because Netflix and Black Panther). But look at me now?In the midst of all the chaos, people, drown out those voices that put labels on you and say “you can’t.” I’m beyond grateful for the harsh experienced I’ve endured and I wouldn’t trade them for the world.Superhero Course with Mira: https://www.udemy.com/share/102VSm/Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/0x39CEN5tHvfRtfZaAMTgQPodcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=enThe Arsenio Buck Foundation: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/?p=8676Calendar - https://calendly.com/arseniobuck/45min

Rich Dad Poor Dad | S5 - E50 | Lesson VIII | Teach & You Shall Receive - The Power of Giving
Jun 09 2020 11 mins
If I could leave one single idea with you, it is that idea. Whenever you feel short or in need of something, give what you want first and it will come back in buckets. That is true for money, a smile, love, or friendship. I know it is often the last thing a person may want to do, but it has always worked for me. I trust that the principle of reciprocity is true, and I give what I want. I want money, so I give money, and it comes back in multiples. I want sales, so I help someone else sell something, and sales come to me. I want contacts, and I help someone else get contacts. Like magic, contacts come to me. I heard a saying years ago that went: “God does not need to receive, but humans need to give.”Superhero Course with Mira: https://www.udemy.com/share/102VSm/Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/0x39CEN5tHvfRtfZaAMTgQPodcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=enThe Arsenio Buck Foundation: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/?p=8676Calendar - https://calendly.com/arseniobuck/45min

Topic: Destructive Criticism vs. Constructive Criticism
Jun 02 2020 16 mins
If you're a giraffe, metaphorically speaking, you're constantly looking up and eating from the trees that are at eye-level. You don't often see giraffes looking down and eat from below. TD Jakes has said before that the people below you can't give you constructive criticism because they have never "been there; done that".....they actually give you destructive criticism: "I told you that you couldn't do it, who said you could be a coach?, you're not very academic, I don't think you're as good as you say you are, you don't have a degree in ________ so how could you speak about it?, you're not a doctor so how could you speak about mental health?, you're not smart enough, good enough, bright enough, white enough, black enough.....etc."The list goes on and on....so you need to get the correct criticism from those who are on your level and above. The ignorance below should be ignored. Rich Dad Poor Dad | S5 - E48 | Lesson VIII | Steps to Develop Your Powers #6 Use Assets to Buy Luxuries
May 25 2020 10 mins
As I said earlier, if a person cannot master the power of self- discipline, it is best not to try to get rich. I say this because, although the process of developing cash flow from an asset column is easy in theory, what’s hard is the mental fortitude to direct money to the correct use. Due to external temptations, it is much easier in today’s consumer world to simply blow money out the expense column. With weak mental fortitude, that money flows into the paths of least resistance. That is the cause of poverty and financial struggle.Superhero Course with Mira: https://www.udemy.com/share/102VSm/Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/0x39CEN5tHvfRtfZaAMTgQPodcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=enThe Arsenio Buck Foundation: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/?p=8676Calendar - https://calendly.com/arseniobuck/45min

10 Ways to Make Your Dream come True
May 24 2020 15 mins
1. Be Yourself, Know Your Why, Live Your Vision -- these are three of the first ten steps for making your dream become a reality, inspired by Trent Shelton. Being yourself is by far the most important. Unapologetically yourself. If people think you're too loud, too bold, too this, too that....goodbye. Simple as that. If you try being someone you're not, there will come a time in your life when you put your hands on your head and say "damn!" (2) Setting the intention from the beginning is the most critical. The "WHY" behind your vision, and regardless of transgressions (what's happening around the world) you will still execute the plan. After that, it's about defining and living that vision, following the other 7 steps. Topic: Complete The Past Part II
May 23 2020 6 mins
After going back and completing the past, my conscious was now free. Those three individuals that were not only on my mind but also in the subconscious (dreams), they were no more. This was the most free-ing exercise. One of the individuals had responded with her explanation, but it didn't even matter because it was ME who needed the closure, and perhaps that had given her some closure, too. The other two? One never responded...and that's totally fine because I did it without expectation. The other one was actually resolved a couple of weeks prior but "dumb me" thought it could've been a life-time relationship but it was just a purposeful relationship. Lol. Topic: Starting My Podcast / Fad Markets and People with Money
May 21 2020 20 mins
In this episode, I talk about how people get into FAD or PWM (people without money) markets. For example, Bitcoin was a FAD market. In 2018, the hysteria was insane. You had people making podcasts, videos, etc....and they all fell for it. Sure, Bitcoin still exists today, but the hysteria has gone away and the voices are now silent. I read a post on FB yesterday that someone I knew once tried creating a business for new grads. Well, if you just graduated from university, more than likely you're in debt -- therefore, you're in a PWM market. I'm not lucky, but when I entered the ESL space, I knew that this was a billion-dollar industry with a massive opportunity to go to AR/VR in the future with an insane amount of collaborations. So, because I'm worldwide, I'm not reliant on economies that have deteriorated (Thailand and probably have the countries on planet Earth). There are economies that are surging, at the moment, and because I'm a trainer and have specific skill-sets, I attract those individuals because I have assets. I'm in a People-With-Money market. This is something you need to consider before starting a business. Topic: Spotify Takes A Heavy-hitter; YouTube is in Trouble
May 21 2020 15 mins
A podcaster/pseudo-comedian (shots fired) by the name of Joe Roegan signed a $100 million-dollar contract with Spotify a few days ago. What does this mean? Spotify literally just stole not only one of the top YouTubers away but also destroyed Google and Apple podcasts. He will have to take all of his content off YouTube (except micro-snippets he can put on to promote) and move it to Spotify. Did Spotify lose 100 million? No, their market share skyrocketed and they profited 5 billion! What does this mean for YouTube, a company that has been de-platforming individuals for free-speech and perpetuate bullying, harassment, and trolling? Well, this could mean the end. Topic: Completing The Past
May 19 2020 13 mins
Yes, this is one of those podcasts that you need to really listen to because I've had a number of faces creep into my dreams. Now, it's very difficult to even recall dreams after you wake up in the morning, but there were about 2-3 people who kept coming into my dreams and I was just confused as to why. So, I asked myself the question: "did I complete these relationships?" The answer was "no." So what I did was I took to Instagram, and this allowed me to finally write the final chapter of the book and close it permanently. When I did that, they were no longer in my conscious or dreams....and then I started attracting to me people who I was possibly pushing away because of the energy that was surrounding the previous relationships. Rich Dad Poor Dad | S5 - E47 | Lesson VIII | 10 Steps to Develop Your Powers (3-4)
May 17 2020 20 mins
Now, I will admit that there are people I have actually sought out because they had money. But I was not after their money; I was seeking their knowledge. In some cases, these people who had money have become dear friends. I’ve noticed that my friends with money talk about money. They don’t do it to brag. They’re interested in the subject. So I learn from them, and they learn from me. My friends who are in dire financial straits do not like talking about money, business, or investing. They often think it rude or unintellectual. So I also learn from my friends who struggle financially. I find out what not to do. - Robert KiyosakiSuperhero Course with Mira: https://www.udemy.com/share/102VSm/Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/0x39CEN5tHvfRtfZaAMTgQPodcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=enThe Arsenio Buck Foundation: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/?p=8676Calendar - https://calendly.com/arseniobuck/45min

How to Do a Friendship Detox
May 10 2020 35 mins
We got the ultimate DETOX A FRIEND and FRIENDSHIP guide here. This was inspired by my main man Trent Shelton -- a podcast that pumps golden gems in the world of social. So, I got about 4 rules that I'll be covering, along with some honorable quotes and stories. One thing I will point out, in brief, is that you can't force anything. Sometimes I would try forcing friendships with company workers but I never would receive anything in return. I would always "care" more than others and try to initiate conversations with people who would NEVER initiate. If you're the same person, take a step back and say "fuck this." Friendships don't come from force....they just happen. If you feel you're giving 100% and the other is giving anything less -- GOODBYE. Topic: Helping a Suicidal Student
May 09 2020 23 mins
I wrote this on my 101 goals list about 5 years ago: "help someone NOT commit suicide and get them out of a dark place." I don't know why it felt good at the time, but the opportunity had presented itself. Years ago I met a student who was on fire. She was insecure at the age of 15, but with her level of speaking capabilities, I told her she couldn't stay here in Thailand because ALL universities don't know what to do with her level passion. She ended up moving to Singapore to go to school and ended up building an online business at the age of 17. The last time I had seen her in 2018, she was so excited and driven. She carried herself like a 30-year-old business professional. Well, we lost touch and finally spoke again through video a couple weeks ago -- to my shock, she completely changed: tone, facial expressions, discontent, and now suffering from severe depression. She went from Singapore back to Bangkok and now she's around people who AREN'T driven. While she was telling me these horrifying thoughts she was having, I was glancing to my left and thought of one person that could absolutely help her....and so the introduction was given and now the ball is on her side of the course -- but I'm asking everyone out there that you should NEVER be AFRAID to ASK for help. Topic: Drop These Types of Business Partners
May 07 2020 10 mins
Some people could be ignorant at times. My intuition nudged at me a few months ago about a guy who made a ridiculous comment through a text message. So, I blocked him, but after going to a business where we have mutual business partners, he was there. I decided to unblock him and give him a chance -- but after I caught him in a couple of lies and he tried throwing me under the bus by throwing a long-term business partnership in flames....I backed off. Then there was an ignorant comment such as, "oh, I guess it didn't feel good making less than ________ baht this month."First, never talk about a black man's money. Two, why would you even make a jaw-dropping, head-scratching ridiculous remark like that?Three, Hold this BLOCK. In this podcast, I talk about NEVER IGNORING THE INTUITION. If someone makes a comment straight off the back and something tells you "I don't like this person," that voice is your intuition and you should listen to it. Rich Dad Poor Dad | S5 - E16 | In Summary about Homes
Jan 11 2020 9 mins
In summary, the end result in making a decision to own a house that is too expensive in lieu of starting an investment portfolio impacts an individual in at least the following three ways: Loss of time, during which other assets could have grown in value. Loss of additional capital, which could have been invested instead of paying for high-maintenance expenses related directly to the home. Loss of education. Too often, people count their house and savings and retirement plans as all they have in their asset column. Because they have no money to invest, they simply don’t invest. This costs them investment experience. Most never become what the investment world calls “a sophisticated investor.” And the best investments are usually first sold to sophisticated investors, who then turn around and sell them to the people playing it safe. This is what I'll be discussing today. Rich Dad Poor Dad | S5 - E15 | Many Financial Problems are Caused by Keeping Up with The Joneses

That is why my educated dad said the Japanese valued the power of the mirror the most, for it is only when we look into it that we find truth. Fear is the main reason that people say, “Play it safe.” That goes for anything, be it sports, relationships, careers, or money. It is that same fear, the fear of ostracism, that causes people to conform to, and not question, commonly accepted opinions or popular trends: “Your home is an asset.” “Get a bill-consolidation loan, and get out of debt.” “Work harder.” “It’s a promotion.” “Someday I’ll be a vice president.” “Save money.” “When I get a raise, I’ll buy us a bigger house.” “Mutual funds are safe.” Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/0x39CEN5tHvfRtfZaAMTgQPodcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=enThe Arsenio Buck Foundation: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/?p=8676

Rich Dad Poor Dad | S5 - E13 | Understanding | Get Rich Quick? TERRIBLE Decision
Jan 07 2020 8 mins
Educated people pursue their profession successfully, but later find themselves struggling financially. They work harder but don’t get ahead. What is missing from their education is not how to make money, but how to manage money. It’s called financial aptitude—what you do with the money once you make it, how to keep people from taking it from you, how to keep it longer, and how to make that money work hard for you. Most people don’t understand why they struggle financially because they don’t understand cash flow. A person can be highly educated, professionally successful, and financially illiterate. These people often work harder than they need to because they learned how to work hard, but not how to have their money work hard for them. Rich Dad Poor Dad | S5 : E6 | How Much Are YOU Worth?

“Instead of admitting the truth about how they feel, they react to their feelings and fail to think. They feel the fear so they go to work, hoping that money will soothe the fear, but it doesn’t. It continues to haunt them and they return to work, hoping again that money will calm their fears, and again it doesn’t. Fear keeps them in this trap of working, earning money, working, earning money, hoping the fear will go away. But every day they get up, and that old fear wakes up with them. For millions of people that old fear keeps them awake all night, causing a night of turmoil and worry. So they get up and go to work, hoping that a paycheck will kill that fear gnawing at their soul. Money is running their lives, and they refuse to tell the truth about that. Money is in control of their emotions and their souls.” Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/0x39CEN5tHvfRtfZaAMTgQPodcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=enThe Arsenio Buck Foundation: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/?p=8676

Topic: Leave The Right Legacy
Nov 03 2019 10 mins
Siya Kolisi, captain of the Springboks (South African Worldcup winning team in Rugby), was interviewed briefly after a historic win over England. When asked about the game, he quickly said, “this was for the people of South Africa. We have our problems and differences back home, but if we can come together to achieve a goal, great things can happen.” He went on to thank the British side and the amazing people who were in attendance, rooting them on to achieve World Cup glory. Never, in American sports history, has a player ever said “this is for America,” unless there’s an unspeakable tragedy. This is what the world needs — an amazing leader that can influence the masses and future generations out there. On the other hand, Shaq, an ex-NBA player, is financially driven and smart (just like Robert Kiyosaki’s book), but what does that get him? Ok, fill up your own pockets, but never have I heard him donate for a grandeur cost. Charles Barkley, on the other hand, donated 45k to an NBA player to build a well (housing water) in Tanzania. What I’m trying to say here is …..all bs cars, jewelry and houses aside…the world is bigger than you. People are in need of a leader and guidance. You can have all the money you want, but what is the real legacy you want to be known for? Michael Jordan is indirectly responsible for thousands of African American fatalities in America because he releases only a small portion of his limited edition shoes. He says it’s not his fault….but if he hadn’t made those shoes to begin with, children would still be alive today. Yes, it’s not the on-court legacy, it’s the off-court. Michael Jordan, as well as so many others like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, will leave a tainted image of themselves. Don’t be that person. Wheel of Life: October 2019 Edition - Worst Month of The Year
Oct 20 2019 16 mins
Wheel of life podcast! For those of you who are unaware, I like to evaluate my life on a monthly basis in 8 categories to see which areas are strong and evaluate the ones that are weak. Here are the categories that you should rate yourself in 1-10.In regards to my wheel of life score, this is definitely the worst month of the year and probably the worst month in the past two years. Every category had taken significant hits, thus why I felt very down and out the past week. However, I know what happened in all categories through self-awareness, and then I purged myself from technology and went soul-searching again. Topic: Making The Biggest Decision of My Life
Sep 13 2019 19 mins
I've had some people ask me about a potential move to Vietnam; and after already doing feasibility studies on starting a business, as well as owning property, it's highly likely that my departure will be next year. Some people may take this as a shock, but in Thailand, I've conquered it. I've conquered the women (in terms of hushing the racism coming out of them), and I've also built up the reputation in a lot of different sectors from banking, tech, manufacturing, etc. However, it's the same story, the same money, and the same process. I can't own a business here without paying the government an extortionate amount of money, and even if I own a condo, I would still be shunned out of the country without proper documentation.I would much rather go to another country that's welcoming of my kin. Welcoming of foreigners, startups, and people who are willing to invest in the dreams of a nation that wants to move on. I'm excited because I'll be able to own animals, a farm, have my business, etc....as well as setting up my online empire and my The Arsenio Buck Foundation. I want to make a difference; however, this country is pushing away the highly-skilled and investors.I've said before that I go where the opportunity is, and after watching Gary Vee for three years, Vietnam could see a MASSIVE BOOM and a SURGING ECONOMY in the next half-decade. I want to be part of it. Speed of Trust: Season 4 - Episode 92 - Restoring Relationship Trust
Sep 07 2019 14 mins
Another area that creates huge trust issues in personal relationships is money. As many marriage counselors affirm, money problems are a key cause of divorce. While many such problems are caused by lack of character (selfish or impulsive spending, attempts to control or restrict a partner's access to shared resources, or efforts to hide spending from a partner), many are also caused by lack of competence (lack of education or experience in money management). In addition, two people coming into a relationship are often scripted in different ways by family experience -- for example, one may come from a background of spenders, while the other comes from a background of thrift. - Stephen CoveyIn this podcast, I discuss what has happened throughout my life in terms of trusting people and what I've done to create or restore that trust. Speed of Trust: Season 4 - Episode 42 - Behavior #5 - Show Loyalty
Mar 24 2019 12 mins
Imagine this situation. 12 people sitting at the table for lunch. Three people get up to leave, and then the remaining 9 talk about the 3 people that just left. Another three leave and the remaining six do the same thing. You’d be afraid to leave the table because you’re afraid of what THEY might say. I had a colleague who would buy snacks for every teacher and then berate them in the teachers room. Another teacher name Paul who absolutely spew hateful rhetoric about a friend — where else?! — in the teacher’s room, and then go out for drinks with that person later on. Get this, he had cancer removed from his hand earlier that year. Is that not a wake up sign?! People literally bring the suffering on themselves by showing zero loyalty. Interviewee #35 - Antonio Centeno of Real Men Real Style!
Mar 15 2019 29 mins
As I was preparing my morning routine, it dawned on me that I hadn't message Antonio back from last year. Having come to Thailand, Antonio was in the resort city of Hua Hin, sucking in the sunshine and enjoying family time. He was, however, arranging a meetup in Bangkok, Thailand. Myself, teaching just outside Bangkok (at the time), emailed him and was excited to finally meet him.Unfortunately the plans fell through and that was the end of that (back in 2017). A thought came across my mind and I emailed him about bringing him on my podcast. After sending a few emails to his assistant, we agreed on a time to bring him on and now yes, the founder of www.realmenrealstyle.com and the unbelievably popular Youtube channel -- is here. Antonio Centeno is the founder of www.RealMenRealStyle.com and a co-founder of Menfluential, a men’s lifestyle and business conference. He has created thousands of articles & videos on men’s style and is the creator of the internet’s best style course for professionals – The Style SystemAntonio has studied clothing design in London, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. He is a former US Marine with an MBA from UT Austin and a BA from Cornell College. Stephen Covey's Speed of Trust: Season 4 - Episode 13 - Agenda & Behavior
Jan 08 2019 15 mins
The agenda generally inspires the greatest trust is seeking mutual benefit -- genuinely wanting what's best for everyone involved. It's not just that you care about others; you also genuinely want them to win. Yes, you're seeing a win for yourself; that's natural, desirable, and to be expected. But you're also seeking a win for all others involved. You recognize that life is interdependent, so you seek out solutions that build trust and benefit all. The opposite of a mutual benefit agenda is a self-serving agenda: "I want to win -- period." If that's your agenda, you might get results. But you need to ask yourself: Are these the best possible results I could be getting? And: Are these results sustainable over time? The answer to both of these questions is "no." Instead of building bridges of credibility and trust, you're creating roadblocks of suspicion and distrust. The Arsenio Buck Foundation Introduction
Dec 31 2018 8 mins
There are foundations that I won't name that do more taking than giving. There are too many "non profit" organizations that ask for money, but then those givers have no idea where there money actually goes. Over the course of so many years of seeing blood donation centers asking for blood and NGO's asking for money, I decided to do this on my own.Throughout my life, and having been born in a country is very high (yes, America....and poverty harbours within the mind), I've seen what poverty leads too. It's generational. From the African Americans who sit on generational welfare, to the trailer parks where Caucasian Americans get inundated with drugs like heroin and cocaine, I can make a change.Having lived in Thailand for five years and seeing the things I have for the last 5 years, my life-work/assignment has always been to give back -- to do more than what I'm paid to do just so I can build upon the amazing person I already am.Podcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=enThe Arsenio Buck Foundation: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/?p=8676

Stephen Covey's Speed of Trust: Season 4: Episode 7 - How to Increase your Integrity
Dec 11 2018 9 mins
What does being congruent mean?Let's look at an example of Mahatma Gandhi At one point in his life, he was invited to speak before the House of Commons in England. Using no notes, he spoke for two hours and brought an essentially hostile audience to a rousing standing ovation. Following his speech, some reporters approached his secretary, Mahadev Desai, incredulous that Gandhi could mesmerize his audience for such a long time with no notes. "What Gandhi thinks, what he feels, what he says, and what he does are all the same. He does not need notes...you and I, we think one thing, feel another, say a third, and do a fourth, so we need notes and files to keep track. Not only was Gandhi congruent within himself, he was also congruent with the principles he stood for. Not only did he have roots, he had a taproot that plunged deep into the reservoir of timeless principles that govern in life. Amazing, isn't it? Most of us lack not only congruency, but humility and courage. Those are the three pillars for establishing integrity. Tune in and let's begin the process of reestablishing our integrity. Coaching Session 002: The Follow-up With My Colleague -- Changes Are Happening!
Nov 08 2018 12 mins
So, if you guys haven't already read the blog or heard the podcast about my colleague who is/was depressed, I suggest you do that, first. Now, just recently I had my colleague make some significant changes in her life. I had her write down the list of everything she likes to do, passions, what are her strengths, and other things. I've struck gold with it.Over the next week, she seemed a lot happier. She paid $500 bucks for dance lessons, and this was awesome because she's always dancing at work. She committed to fitness by making videos on Instagram, showing herself doing squats and other exercises.Shortly following that, she sent me her list in regards to the positive things about her and this is what she wrote.Blog: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/2018/11/09/coaching-session-002-the-follow-up-with-my-colleague-changes-are-happening/Podcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=en

Interviewee #21: Joe Mintzer on Overcoming Drug Addiction (Part 1 of 2)
Oct 20 2018 33 mins
I woke up one weekday morning and saw a message from a booking agent. Trevor, who works as the agent, told me he had a client that would be very suitable for a podcast interview. Joe, a man who was fueled by drug addiction at the age of 13 and selling cocaine by 21, had a panic attack in his late 30's, realized that it was time to embrace life. Through meditation and going back to school, he turned his tumultuous teen years around and embarked on a mission to inspire others around the world -- starting a program called Spiraddict Warrior -- a program that aims at helping addicts recover through meditation and fitness.Blog: This had to be the most captivating podcast I've ever done. This man Joe was fueled by drugs and alcohol as a teenager. He went through a number of stages in his life, and when it was all said in done, he realized he was wearing a couple of Lewis Howes' Masks (as stated in the Masks of Masculinity). Because we didn't have time and I didn't have questions, I decided that I would make a two-part podcast with Joe. This is the first segment, and the overcoming + meditation, fitness, and what he's doing now to help people overcome addiction will debut next weekend. Cryptoassets: Season 3 - Episode 4 - Scammers, Silkroad & Bitcoin’s Early Surge
Oct 10 2018 12 mins
So, because bitcoin is in the infancy stage, there are lots of apps on the App Store (of course Apple) that are scam-filled, taking people's tokens and coins with ease. This is the scary part about Cryptocurrency, at the moment. On top of that, when Bitcoin was launched in the early stages, it gained a lot of steam (and a BAD REPUTATION) because it was used for exchanges on the infamous Silkroad -- a site where not only drugs were easily bought, but slavery, hitmen and other things, too. This podcast is about bringing to your attention that it's not always bright and sunshine when things are first launch. Bitcoin does have a ways to go before it's safely used in society (as a whole).Blog: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/2018/10/10/cryptoassets-season-3-episode-4-scammers-on-apples-app-store-the-beginning-of-bitcoin/Podcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=en

Financial markets, as said in my last post, took the heaviest losses in United States History. However, somewhere in the world was this many Satoshi formalizing what's going to take the world by storm.A day after publishing that white paper, Satoshi sent an email called "The Cryptography Mailing List".He later wrote: "you will not find a solution to political problems in cryptography....but we can win a major battle in the arms race and gain a new territory of freedom for several years. Governments are good at cutting off heads of centrally controlled networks like Napster, but pure P2P networks like Gnutella and Tor seem to be holding their own." - SatoshiOn the 9th of November in 2008, Bitcoin project was registered on SourceForge.net. Wall Street continued crumbling, Satoshi laid-low, and then nine days after that, the first ever transaction using bitcoin took place.Podcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=en

Cryptoassets: Season 3 - New Book Series!
Sep 25 2018 11 mins
It's been an absolute long time coming! I was thinking about it while walking up and down the aisles of the bookstore at the shopping plaza where I work. I asked people and my content writer some questions about what book should I dissect next. Over the past few years, I've gone over a lot of things in terms of personal development: Lewis Howes, Dale Carnegie, Lisa nichols, Stephen Covey....you name it. However, Tim Ferriss, which has had a lot of plays on my podcast, and Tony Robbins, which has also had a fair amount of plays, are the only books I've gone over in terms of money and time-management.So, I think it's time. Yes, for those returning, I was dissecting the Tony Robbins: Unshakeable book for some time, but I do believe that the historical investing will become obsolete. When the markets crash within a three year period, the American public will have had enough with how corrupted the system is. I think now that we can control our own assets, and with the emerging blockchain, it's time!Podcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=en

Positive Mental Attitude: Season 2 - Episode 19 - Dump The Guilt
Sep 13 2018 11 mins
And the great psychologist Sigmund Freud says: “The further our work proceeds and the deeper our knowledge of the mental life of neurotics penetrates, the more clearly two new factors force themselves upon our notice which demand the closest attention as sources of resistance…. They can both be included under the one description of ‘need to be ill’ or ‘need to suffer.’…The first of these two factors is the sense of guilt or consciousness of guilt…And Sigmund Freud is right. For feelings of guilt have motivated men to destroy their lives, mutilate their bodies, or injure themselves in other ways to atone for their wrongdoing. Now today, fortunately, such methods are seldom practiced. And they are not permitted in civilized countries. Yet their counterpart can be found. For the conscious mind may not feel guilty but the subconscious mind does.Blog: https://thearseniobuckshow.com/2018/09/13/positive-mental-attitude-season-2-episode-19-dump-the-guilt/Podcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio...Podcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/t...Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arse...Podcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/g...YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp...Facebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?l...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniob...Website - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-b...Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=en

Gary Vee: Facebook 101
Jun 11 2018 19 mins
I've done a heavy dose of Facebook advertising over the years. When I launched my first YouTube video back in 2015, I sponsored the hell out of the video on my Facebook, which then turned into a few hundred likes and maybe a dozen views on the YouTube video. To this day, that has to be the most successful paid ad I've ever done. Since then it's been just downhill. You can have a reach of 10,000, but no link clicks. You can also run the ad on Instagram, and of course, that fails miserably (because Instagram generates scrollers who double tap). I was just having a conversation with my content writer about Facebook and how there's an enormous amount of fake profiles. In the first days of my FB, I would run ads in surrounding countries. Some people would like my page and I would get excited. So, I would click on their page and there would be just a lot of -- scamming mess -- on it. Facebook does nothing to flag some of these profiles, but it remains a problem. Even those who actually promote a post (especially in America) can get dozens of trolls, trolling the hell out of his post for whatever reason. Tai Lopez, who has run online ads everyone is so accustomed to seeing, would run ads on Instagram, handing out free Macbooks. These posts would generate a million likes. LITERALLY! How much did he pay for the ad? Not the slightest idea, but it worked. So, I wanted to write a foreword and see if Gary Vee gives some good instructions in terms of how to run FB ads. Napoleon Hill: .........A Little Something More
Jun 09 2018 14 mins
“Perhaps you failed because there was something more that was needed to bring you the success you were seeking. Euclid’s axiom says: “The whole is equal to the sum of all the parts and is greater than any of its parts.” This can be rated, assimilated, and applied to every result or achievement. Conversely, any part is smaller than the whole. Therefore, it’s important that you add all the necessary parts to complete the whole.A negative mental attitude is one of the primary causes of failure. You may be needlessly ignorant of facts, universal laws, and powers. You may know many of them but fail to apply them to a specific need. You may not know how you can affect, use, control, or harmonize with powers known and unknown. When you seek success with PMA, you keep trying. You keep searching to find something more. Failure is experienced by those who, when they experience defeat, stop trying to find the something more.” - Napoleon Hill Blog: http://thearseniobuckshow.com/2018/06/10/napoleon-hill-a-little-something-more/Podcast - https://www.spreaker.com/show/arsenio-bucks-tracksPodcast on iTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/the-arsenio-buck-show/id1181794790?mt=2Podcast on Stitcher - https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arsenio-buck/the-arsenio-buck-showPodcast on SoundCloud - https://soundcloud.com/arsenio-buck/gary-vee-how-im-crushing-itYouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIzp4EdbJVMhhSnq_0u4ntAFacebook - The Arsenio Buck Show - Home | FacebookTwitter - https://twitter.com/arseniobuckshow?lang=enInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/thearseniobuckshow/?hl=enWebsite - https://thearseniobuckshow.com/Q & A - [email protected] - https://www.linkedin.com/in/arsenio-buck-9692a6119/

How To Find Books That Are Worth Your Time
Jun 07 2018 9 mins
Ok, Sci-Fi, Romantic novels, dramas, politics, etc.....throw them in the bin.If we break everything down in macro, you're sleeping for 6-8 hours a night, school/work for 6-10 hours a day and commuting to work, on average, from 1-2 hours a day. So we're looking at a minimum of 13 hours being handed away and maximum of 18-20 hours a day. So, that gives us very little time to focus on ourselves. Focusing on the qualities that will enable us to the next big stage in our life. If you're spending time playing video games, social media scrolling (those who become lost in the virtual world), or reading a book that doesn't help you with your life, you're losing and the clock is ticking. Yes, this was the video that started EVERYTHING!So, it goes a little something like this. Back in 2015, something told me to make a YouTube video. Not sure what it was, but I think it was an influence from a prior Irish teacher who told me to "utilize all my skills." I did. I paid, also, for some views and tried getting people to notice my vide. Well, after 100 views later and a couple weeks, I completely forgot about it.Not only that, but my "boss" told me I couldn't use this for intents and purposes outside the classroom (and I should've quit right there on the spot, too). I kept it up and forgot about it. Well, last year I told my students, "hey, I got a couple videos on YouTube!" My students at Toshiba, a place where the managers were complete d*** heads (excuse my language), told me to put it on the projector. I did. I super imposed it before my jaw DROPPED. Viewership was at 2.5k views for this specific video. Yeah, not much for those millionaire viewers out there, but I was amazed. I began checking the analytics and saw that Indonesia was the highest on there, followed by USA and dozens of other countries. I hadn't had an idea up to that point on how I can check such analytics, either. That was October last year. Today, the video above topped 7k views, but since I recorded it a long time ago, I can't put end screen annotations to attract more of them to my channel (frustrating). Nonetheless, I got serious again making videos. All of my podcasts get uploaded to the same channel along with other health & wellness videos. I then began to attach blogs and all links below in the descriptions and downloaded an app to make the thumbnails. More in the podcast!
