While practicing meditation gives you the space to be with yourself, to get to know yourself better, to be quiet and still and to listen to what your inner wisdom is saying to you… It is also okay to come to your practice with an agenda sometimes...with things you want to receive, feelings you want to express or attitudes you want to embrace. Over the years, I’ve developed a practice of writing morning letters to the Universe when I feel this way...usually when I want to start my day intentionally so I can shift out of a certain mood, or I want to feel connected to the universal energy that weaves all of us together, or when I simply want to make sense out of the noise in my head. Ultimately, so I can be connected, clear and vibrant.
