My busy brain has never allowed me to create a cohesive top 10 list to date but this one gets pretty close. I like to travel and I like to keep my costs low - so here is my wisdom to share.

I cannot deal with some of the wild stuff people are doing to keep their costs low. Consider this not only a funny view on the world's cheapest people but also consider this some incredibly reasonable recession proofing tactics.Either way, I can't say there's a lot of them that I would go for.
