Each season, Linda Mazur, Jack Mazur, and Ellen Bennett will discuss a variety of mental health issues, from eating disorders, anxiety, suicide, and everything in between. They will interview experts and authors, as well as individuals with lived experience. They will share some of their personal experiences around anorexia, grief, advocacy, and the importance of finding a village of support. They believe we must do better as a community, and that we are stronger because of our connections. Join us as we start the conversations to end the pervasive shame and stigma associated with mental health issues, as we learn to embrace, understand, and support those who struggle, as we help each other pick up the pieces.
