Whether or not you're a mom, I think it's safe to say many of us have an ideal of what makes a "good" or "perfect" mom based on our own experiences with our mom, being a mom and/or observing motherhood in others. In this episode, I sit down with Shayla (@junkdrawermom) to discuss what she calls "Perfect Mom Syndrome," and how she suggests we remedy it. I love this woman, and I believe you all will grow fond of her as well!

Her Bio:
