Hi, I’m kelley armstrong and welcome to My intro to the world of podcasting! My show is here to document my journey and life experiences in the world that I live in! My chronic illnesses include but aren’t limited to asthma, allergies, arthritis, blindness, congestive heart failure chronic pain, diabetes, generalized anxiety disorder, lymphedema, post traumatic stress disorder, irritable bowel syndrome, gallbladder issues, atrial fibrillation, and I’m oxygen dependent!
