Conspiracy Theorists allege that from 1968-1983 military mind control research took place at (beneath) the Camp Hero facility at Montauk Point, New York. That the research at this location opened and exploited “portals” and/or “rips in the space-time continuum” to communicate with extra-terrestrial intelligences. Montauk is, in fact, at the hub of uncountable conspiracy theories including mind control, teleportation, time travel, alien intelligence, government cover ups, black-ops kidnappings, monsters, and so much more.
