For some people, mindfulness is incredibly uncomfortable, so we resist and avoid it at all costs. Thankfully, mindfulness can be easy! It starts by simply noticing the things around you, the things in front of you, and the things inside of you. Over time, being present and mindful can turn pain into acceptance so healing can occur, as well as a endless list of other benefits that will help you calm your body so you can connect with your heart and spirit.
