She has amassed a wealth of knowledge from coaching and competing in Strongwoman over the last 10 years. During her career Catherine has competed on big stages such the Arnold Classic and in 2018 she placed 5th at the Pro Women's World Championships. On the show James and Catherine discuss how Catherine discovered the sport, cool stories from Strongwomen competitions, and some lessons she has learned from other competitors to name a few!
