May is a special month, y’all. It’s Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month as well as Mental Health Awareness Month! Being a Filipina and someone who deals with mental health on a day-to-day basis, I’m very excited to finally share with you some of my most personal stories that have shaped me into the woman I am today.
