KIND Founder and Executive Chairman Daniel Lubetzky is a business leader, investor, and social entrepreneur working to build bridges between people and increase appreciation for our shared humanity.  The son of a Holocaust survivor, he conceived nonprofits OneVoice, Empatico, and Lubetzky Family Foundation to foster empathy and encourage civil action based on critical thinking and nuanced discourse. Through his family office Equilibra, Daniel is committed to helping fellow entrepreneurs build their visions into thriving brands. Most recently, Daniel helped launch the Frontline Impact Project, a KIND Foundation initiative in partnership with Project N95 and more than 60 companies to support heroes on the frontlines of COVID-19.  We discuss doing what's right as a leader, and how to find success while doing the KIND thing.
