For years we have told you how much we love the moderate resorts at Walt Disney World. And, who doesn't love the deluxes? But, what about those value resorts? Some of them have gotten a significant upgrade in transportation, and others have gotten a major refurbishment. Todd has recently stayed at one of the value resorts and is giving you a full review of his experience.
