Omega Fruits and special guest Jillian Faulks-Majuta of Majuta Wellness define Elimination Communication (EC) and talk about how it’s done, what it looks like in our homes, how family and community can get involved and also touch on how our ancestors may have practiced EC in ancient times. In this episode, we discuss that EC is not only a common trend and that Black and Brown women do have a story to tell albeit difficult to practice EC due to our fast paced environment in the US in which many of us are forced to return to work full time after 6-8 weeks postpartum.
