Stimulated by challenges, fuelled by curiosity, and happiest when initiating new projects, Alvie left the corporate world and started her own consultancy business. She is the founder of Vessel of Change (VOC) and the managing consultant of VOC Solutions. Alvie has developed her expertise through a wide range of jobs in finance, publishing, communications, and several other industries.
