Everyone, if you have not seen this movie yet, I highly suggest that you do. It’s a mix of my two favorite sub-genres: possession and found footage. Throughout the entire film, I could not look away from the screen because I wanted to know what was going to happen next. I am really glad that someone mentioned this movie to me, and it is now one of my favorites.
Sarah delivers well in this movie; she portrays Anya, a social media influencer who discovers her grandmother’s secrets and attempts to use her grandmother’s books to become a better yoga instructor/influencer. Unbeknownst to Anya, she didn’t realize that she was slowly transforming into something or someone else.
Overall, great movie and I have to hand it to the writers and directors. This film is definitely on the top tier and will remain forever a gem in the found footage category.
