Second Yellow Card, real name, Matt, is one of the most beloved content creators in the Football Manager Community. However things have stagnated and Matt is fully aware. Someone who has been at the top of the content creation game, his current lack of support in the community is evident in this interview. This is an podcast that switches from interview, to a chat with friends, as Second Yellow Card was the first ever guest on The Scouting Centre and holds a special place in MrDizTV’s heart. This isn’t the most polished interview as Matt discusses a lack of support, the spiralling of his mental health at times, and having ideas but being hesitant or lacking drive to attempt them. Diz and Matt discuss working on getting him a group of “accountability friends” to provide more support, for someone who has done so much for everyone else in the community. This is the true story of the effect content creation can have on you.

The Scouting Centre is about discovering the journey of your favourite creators and getting to know them via content interviews/personality profiles. The aim is to get to know the creators better and through their advice, to support future creators. The conversations are open and have ranged from mental health, anxiety, YouTube, mentors, support, content strategy and more.

Creators can be anything from content creators, wrestlers, journalists, writers, actors etc. Anything that involves a creative process. .
