You know I'm a big believer in mental health, and how your mental health and physical health is tied together and inseparable.
So I'm talking about how to keep up with fitness when you're depressed, anxious, stressed, feeling low, etc.
Because if you lean into your feelings, it doesn't help you get out of them.
