I'd encourage you to be all ready for bed before starting this meditation, it is meant to help you drift off to sleep!
I lead my 1.5-year-old son through this practice each night as part of his bed time routine and have noticed he often unwinds a little easier when we do this, so this being the month of the military child I wanted to make sure I had a meditation that helped support our amazing military children.
