Recently, a colleague told me the following story: he was in Florida and ate a special cake there that he really enjoyed. As he had discovered it before during a previous trip to Florida, he enjoyed it even more. Back home, he had the idea of trying to make this cake himself. To his great surprise, it was relatively easy to make and tasted just as good as it did in the United States. It is an example of how we sometimes mystify certain things because we think they are complex, can only be created by specialists or are only accessible to them, etc. - solely because we find them so extraordinary or like them so much. It's the same with other people's abilities: we give them a lot of credit because we think they are exceptionally talented and we give ourselves very little credit. Perhaps this is a moment to break this pattern today and take a risk.

I wish you an extraordinary day!
