As I look back on the last 14 months, there is a long term and consistent decline in our website conversion rate. A lot of things go into the conversion rate, but many of those I can’t do much about. I have limited control over the macro economic climate and the Meta AI is what decides who sees our social media ads. I can however work on improving our website to be the best it can be.
