Mat began his career writing on his blog Buckets and Spades, covering menswear and contemporary brands. His authenticity, aesthetic and good ol’ Northern unpretentiousness gained him an engaged community that has followed him over to social media, and allowed him to become a fully-fledged tastemaker and full-time content creator.
