In this episode, I wanted to answer the question: does eating vegan/plant based help with acne? And, is being plant based a good option for a woman's health?

I'm in full support of however you choose to eat, it's a personal decision and one that shouldn't be dictated by anyone but you. In this episode, I share my experience, but this doesn't mean that everyone's experience is the same. Veganism seems to work really well for some, but not so much for others and that's okay. I wrote a full blog post on this here if you'd like to read it. I also give myself permission to change my mind, maybe I'll go back plant based at some point - who knows.

In these episodes, I speak from 15+ years of personal experience with acne along with 100's of your experiences with acne that you've kindly shared with me. I don't speak for everyone who has acne, each person has a different experience.

Who am I?

I'm a certified Integrative Health Coach and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (since 2016) based in Yorkshire, United Kingdom. I help women to clear and manage their chronic acne. My mission is to help women become health empowered, which means getting in tune with your unique,  magnificent body and realising that YOU know your body better than anyone (better than any coach, doctor, internet guru or family member).  After all, you've lived in your body your entire life.
