On Time for Success - Business Owner Dads Edition

This week we are interviewing Sean Russell owner of Russell's Muscles.

Get to know Sean:
Sean Russell served over 22 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Master Sergeant with the 1st Special Forces Command at Fort Bragg, NC. He embraced the fact that every Soldier’s life depends on their physical and mental conditioning. A leader as a Master Fitness Trainer, Army Paratrooper, Physical Readiness Leader, as well as a Master Resiliency Trainer responsible for the comprehensive physical, mental and spiritual fitness of military personnel and their families. Sean designed and conducted U.S. Army Special Operations physical/mental training and competition events. He was directly responsible for local Future Soldier physical training to help out-of-shape recruits lose weight, gain confidence, build muscle and get fit for their upcoming Basic Training. Organized and trained teams for the Army Air Assault School, Paratrooper competitions, Army Ten-Miler races, Spartan Races, Tough Mudders, half-marathons and other physical events.

Sean became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2016 after military retirement and started training clients at Gold’s Gym. Less than a year later, led a team of personal trainers and fitness instructors at Gold’s Gym as the Fitness Manager. In August 2018, he pursued the passion of helping people to better achieve their personal goals by building a mobile fitness company, Russell’s Muscles. Everyone should have an opportunity to realize their health and fitness goals where they can or just feel more comfortable and a gym just doesn’t fit everyone’s lifestyle. If there’s a goal to live stronger, healthier and more confident, Sean Russell and Russell’s Muscles will lead you to a better you!
