Today we are celebrating the podcast coming back and we are celebrating YOU. You are your dream girl, dream goal, and dream person.
This episode is centered around reframing your focus on yourself. Instead of looking outward when manifesting your future, look inward and look to God.
I know that can be a lot to take in, so I broke it down into three parts:
The first part, I talk about God. How he made YOU, how he put his trust in you and how to really take in that you were made to be exactly who you are.
The second part, I get into the science of it all. Talking about your subconscious mind and how that’s actually who’s in charge of what you manifest.
And in the final section of this episode, I give you actionable steps to work towards strengthening your inner trust with yourself, reworking and reframing your thoughts to help you manifest the life you are yearning for.
