Every Monday morning at 9.30am, I run a free online support session called Strive.  It's a combination of Survive and Thrive with the added implication that you've got take some action yourself.

At the first of these I had Kate Thorpe, therapist specialising in stress and anxiety, deliver a session on how we can all look after ourselves during lockdown to ensure that our mental wellbeing stays intact.
