Helplocks is a Yorkshire based firm dedicated to helping people feel safe within their own homes. They are so much more than a 'locksmith' as their service based model run a number of tools and platforms, via Apps and Facebook pages, that allow the community to support each other.
In Part 1, we get to hear about Paul's story before setting up Helplocks and get to understand what makes him tick.
One specific scene to take note of is the point when Paul breaks away from his controlling father. On face value it looks like the father has ripped off his own son for a few quid, but note how it's Paul that is actually in power and controls the situation.
