In this video we talk about the Pros and Cons of joining a Real Estate Team vs just being a Solo Agent. After years of leading a successful team and also starting my career as a solo agent I have experienced the different sides of the coin. I have found that there is no right or wrong way.... I know many agents who have made a great career in either setting and ultimately it falls on the individual to make things happen.
