This Friday, as part of the Co-Regulation Revolution Membership, I am hosting our monthly live somatic healing session where will be working directly with the body, encorporating elements of somatic experiences, co-regulating, and healing our nervous system's together!
Normally these sessions are held in a closed, private group but this month, I have decided to open them up for you!
The session will be held on Zoom at 11am (Spanish time) on the 10th May and the replay will be available for a couple of days after the session!
