In this episode (that I recorded in the cut), I spoke to Aron Snowsill who is a nutritionist and is developing his own healthy drink brand. Aron is very knowledgeable on the topic of food and of course, nutrition. He believes that through food we can help to stay alert, focussed and potentially more mindful in our every day lives. We also discuss just a few effects that food have on the brain, body and thought process.
