In today's episode we are diving in to the ways that you can CHOOSE to react to the changes that inevitably occur anytime The Joint Commission or any other surveying body is present in your hospital or employer. I get it, it can be really frustrating to feel like your work flow is being changed or you are being evaluated with a fine tooth comb. Unfortunately, you do not have any control over whether or not these bodies will be coming to your workplace (it is inevitable). However, you DO have control over how you let these frustrations impact your day and how you wish to move forward.
