Alright! Welcome to Love Under The Patriarchy, episode 5, take two! In this conversation, we talk about the work we can do as white settlers to unlearn and dismantle the racist, colonial, capitalist, patriarchal systems of oppression. It's uncomfortable, but mostly exciting to acknowledge the incredible, ongoing, anti racist work being done in communities worldwide. We are thankful for the knowledge, and social justice movements created by black, indigenous and people of color. We have a lot to learn and do, so we added a list of links that highlight some of this incredible work, which can be found down below.
Philippa Jones is a friend and cherished gem of St. John's, Newfoundland. We are so lucky to have Philippa in our community, as an excellent bud and boss executive director of Eastern Edge Gallery.
