We return for another fan favourite in this latest Actors Uncut cycle with Jamie Lee Curtis.

Joined by Gav and an Andy who never turns up (this is another cursed episode), we look at John Carpenter's 1980's movie, The Fog. A very under-appreciated antithesis to 1990s cop thrillers with Blue Steel. And we finish it with Arnold Schwarzenegger's 1994 subversive classic, True Lies.

Along the way, Rob and Gav talk about her run as the trailerblazing Final Girl as well as her lack of leading roles and how hollywood has treated actors of JLC's generation. To which the TLDL is... badly.

If you liked this podcast, which of course you did, you can also support us on PATREON. If you do join us, you'll get loads of articles, as well as a bonus edition of our podcasting sibling, Pop Screen. Then there's the podcasts that I am actively involved in, Last Night which is due to drop any day now, and the entire archive of Uncut from the Video Aisle - our horror spin-off which is between series right now. But that'll return soon, as will we, but you'll have to listen to find out what we'll be covering.

You can also find Gav on the My Favourite Film and Double Feature Podcasts. Find more here
