If you allow good thoughts into your mind, most of the time you will start to see more good and vice versa if you let bad thoughts into your mind. I encourage you to take action to take care of your mental health. Mental health is not talked about as much and we all deal with what life throws at us and we tend to push it off to the side and accept that our life has to be that way, but it doesn't because YOU my good friend have complete control over your mind and life. You have the power and choice on how to take things that are thrown your way. you can look at a bad situation and think "why me?" or you can say "why not me?" Be the version of you that you want to be in 5 years NOW!
