In this episode I will talk about a trick that motivational speaker and well known author Mel Robbins calls "The 5 Second Rule". Which is the only 5 second rule we actually need to use instead of reaching for a French fry that you just dropped, Its not worth it,  I promise but this 5 second rule can and indeed change your life if you use it correctly. I encourage and challenge you to not let your brain talk you out of doing something you really want to do. Our Brain can either be our friend or our enemy and if its our enemy we are the only one shooting ourselves in the foot and holding ourself back from our full potential. Use this 5 second rule to make your life better for goodness sake. God didn't create you to be average.
