Many of us often let our emotions "get the best of us", or we regret the way we reacted to a given situation.
By being able to build our emotional intelligence and emotional health we can choose how we want to respond in the moment to certain situations or triggers, and by doing so we will be able to present ourselves to the world in a way we want, appropriately to the given situation and build deeper more meaningful connections with others.
I break down a 4-Step process to identify our feelings, choose how we want to respond, and reflect later to make sure we don't get stuck in states of feelings that no longer serve us.
