With so much board choice it can be hard to know where to start when buying a SUP. But definitely the first and biggest decision you need to make it whether to go inflatable or hard?

Making the decision to go inflatable or hard is not as simple as just whether or not you can be bothered to pump it up! There's lots more to consider... such as how you're going to store and transport it, board weight, time to set up, how it feels and performs on the water, what type of paddling you plan to do, how tough you are on your kit, how much money you have to spend etc...
