Moira struggled with emotional binges from the age of 16, she would reach for pizza and ice cream when she felt stressed or nervous. 


She joined my food freedom program because she was fed up with where she was with her relationship with food and her emotional binge episodes flared up her fibromyalgia. 


Within four weeks of working with me, Moira was able to leave food on her plate and her energy levels were going up. She found herself naturally drawn to fruits and vegetables and she has not had a fibromyalgia flare-up since. She overcame the urge to eat ice cream every single day and can now enjoy ice cream every now and then.
