This is our super scary Halloween episode. Or is it? This episode we talk about the 1984 movie Nightmare on Elm Street. The movie that introduced the world to Fred Krueger. The knife fingered, dream creeping, burned skin, ugly sweater wearing, sticking his tongue through the phone, child murdering ass. This movie had an effect on my life for 35 years. Like scarred me for life effect. Anyway, horror movies aren't my cup of tea. Having said that, this movie does not hold up. That was what we expected though. 1980s acting and "special effects" is what we got.
