Welcome podcast world and all you lovely listeners! In this episode I will be doing what any podcasted would and should do and that is giving an intro to A Better Man, A Better You Podcast.
I will break it down a bit into the 5 categories of health: Mental, Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual and how self improvement and growth all stems from one of the areas of a combination of multiple areas.
I give a glimpse into the future direction of the show and what you can expect and towards the end of the intro I give a little detail about me and why I decided to start the podcast as well as my intentions behind it.
The sole purpose of A Better Man, A Better You Podcast is to tap into the minds of men in order to bring awareness and change to standards of men individually and as a collective. By bringing awareness to certain areas it will create an understanding and bring about an importance to change.
The changes that will occur are for each man to change and better himself for himself, and in return will be better for others, especially those you're in relationships with. Working together with other men to eliminate toxic masculinity, male stereotypes and keeping the male ego in check.
