Carlito's Way is another classic crime movie that Al Pacino has made during his illustrious career. It tells the story of a gangster who tries to go straight and tries to win back the woman he loved & lost. Along the way Carlito's old enemies, and friends, return to try and tempt him back to his old life.
One of those old friends is Lalin, a wheelchair user, tries to trap Carlito into talking about his drug business by wearing a wire. Carlito recognises this and proceeds to smack his old friend around before telling him "You lost, motherf**ker" and leaving Lalin crying in the club.
Actor Viggo Mortensen (Lord of the Rings, Green Book, The Dead Don't Hurt) played Lalin and he joins the podcast to discuss what it was like acting opposite Al Pacino in the film, why Al didn't break when a scene they were filming went slightly off script and what his favourite Pacino movie is.
