Wen Qing and Wen Ning offer to turn themselves in and take responsibility for the deaths at qiongqi path. Wei Wuxian protests, but Wen Qing uses a needle to immobilize his body for the next three days. Wei Wuxian realizes that the entire world is against him and goes to nightless city for revenge. But in the middle of the battle, JiangYanLi appears and pushes him out of the way from a sword, and ends up stabbed in the throat. When Wei Wuxian sees that his sister has died, he loses his mind and brings together the yin tiger tally.
